Welcome to Democracy First (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.

1. Overview

Democracy First is a print-on-demand store affiliated with Indivisible Mohawk Valley, dedicated to promoting Democratic values and social justice through custom-printed merchandise. All products are fulfilled through Printful, a trusted third-party production and shipping partner.

2. Product Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the digital rendering of mockups and the print-on-demand process.

3. Shipping

Orders typically take 2–7 business days for production, followed by standard shipping times based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email contact@democracyfirst.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short explanation

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content are the property of Democracy First and/or its contributors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Political Disclosure

Democracy First offers merchandise with political messages that support progressive causes and Democratic values. By shopping with us, you acknowledge that these views may be expressed in our content and products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
