1. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful from facilities in the U.S. and internationally.

2. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services, depending on your destination.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 10 days of your order, contact us at contact@democracyfirst.store.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item:

Is the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, contact contact@democracyfirst.store within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Cancelations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production begins and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
